REFLECTIONS OF A BEAUTIFUL MORNING.....

The sun rises above the Hillcrest,
As does the joy of my heart;
Rays of warmth and love,
From her I will never depart.

Fresh dew upon the grass,
Young birds chirp in their nests;
I watch her gently sleep,
My love to her I silently profess.

I enjoy the stillness and calm,
Watching as she smiles and dreams;
She brings me to stillness and peace,
Like that of a slow flowing stream.

My heart and soul flow with love,
And I smile as I quietly reflect;
I’ve been handed a sweet princess,
A sweet princess to love and to protect.

A vow to myself I make,
As she quietly sleeps away;
To love and always cherish her,
Until my last breath... until my last day.

DAY DREAM

If time could stand still, I’d freeze it here, So you’d always hold me, close and near. In your arms, where I’m meant to be, Filled with the perfect love you’ve given me. A bond so strong, a hold so tight, To know you’re the one; my ‘Mr. Right’. A blessing sent from up above, In you I’ve found my one true love. Our lives entwined to be as one, Upon this journey we’ve just begun. Where you and I will find no less, Than eternal love and happiness.

AS LONG AS YOU'RE NEAR

The first time we met, I could see, That you and I, were meant to be. Your eyes were so gentle, your smile so true, When you first held my hand, I just knew. Now the time has gone by, through laughter and tears, These days I shall cherish, for years upon years. Those memories we have, shall never fade, For those are the steps, that we have made. That was the past, the future is near, I anxiously wait, for what will appear. New homes, more laughter, and children so dear, Everything will be wonderful, as long as you're near.

Sometimes at night, when I look to the sky, I start thinking of you and then ask myself, why? Why do I love you? I think and smile, because I know the list could run on for miles. The whisper of your voice, the warmth of your touch, so many little things that make me love you so much. The way you support me, and help with my emotions, the way that you care and show such devotion. The way that your kiss, fills me with desire, and how you hold me with the warmth of a blazing fire. The way your eyes shine when you look at me, lost with you forever is where I want to be. The way that I feel when you're by my side, a sense of completion and overflowing pride. The dreams that I dream, that all involve you, the possibilities I see and the things we can do. How you finish the puzzle that lies inside my heart, how that deep in my soul, you are the most important part. I could go on for days, telling of what I feel, but all you really must know is my love for you is real.

To achieve by a spirit that's captured by will,

To rise, to expand to the ultimate thrill.

And then, every bright dream realized,

To look back to the womb with shinning eyes.

And every joy thence harvested,

To wing back to the Mother ship once fled.

Ere winter spreads her cruel rime,

To spoil the glad days of our prime.

Thence a thousand dreams o'er told will last,

To warm the heart through winter blast.

And safe within the Mother ship craft,

Her fold all gathered to the last;

A sweet content shall gild my soul

Somewhere under this bright night sky, you are;

I don't think you will ever fully understand how you've touched my life and made me who I am. I don't think you could ever know just how truly special you are that even on the darkest nights you are my brightest star. I don't think you will ever fully comprehend how you've made my dreams come true or how you've opened my heart to love and the wonders it can do.

You've allowed me to experience something very hard to find unconditional love that exists in my body, soul, and mind. I don't think you could ever feel all the love I have to give and I'm sure you'll never realize you've been my will to live. You are an amazing person and without you I don't know where I'd be.
